More than 100 years of Fluorine production, Morita Chemical Industries continue to take on new challenges.
Fluorine Chemical Industry in Japan began when its founder: Kenzo Morita (24 years old at the time), who exploit the potentials, succeeded in the commercial production of hydrofluoric acid for the first time in 1917 and founded Morita Pharmaceuticals (current Morita Chemical Industries). We have continued to support our comfortable lives with materials and technologies by the times, and today our products have become indispensable in the manufacture of lithium ion batteries and semiconductors. We have praised for our achievements along with the history of the Fluorine Chemical Industries in Japan. Our historical materials are designated officially as 「Certified Chemical Heritage No.064 Japanese Inorganic Fluorine Chemicals Manufacturing Materials」given by The Chemical Society of Japan.
